Since our last issue, the CreatorPad team has been making strides towards our goal of opening up our community by September. We hope you're as excited as we are!

As we near this launch date, we've been focusing a lot on our branding, content, and marketing. With this in mind, we're launching several sponsorship campaigns over the next few weeks with some really awesome creators to get the word out about our mission.

We've also brought on yet another team member to help us start producing an awesome show for YouTube and TikTok, and we've even started posting threads on the creator economy on Twitter and LinkedIn!

While we're still in our initial building phases, we are so excited to be able to give transparent updates to our readers and future community members. Thanks for tuning in for another issue of our newsletter! Hope you enjoy this one as much as we do!

Meet Alex Coindreau from I Exist NFT

We recently stumbled upon Alex's story while scrolling through Twitter and were really moved by his work. In a video called 'Hi, I Exist,' Alex put out a message to the world detailing his current financial situation and his struggles in the creator space.

Alex starts out the main video on his Twitter with the hard-hitting facts: "I'm homeless, I live in my car. I have no money, I'm stuck, and can't work in the United States. I'm a filmmaker but my camera was stolen." These opening lines paired with his eye-catching filming and editing styles really struck a chord with myself and many other creators, leading to Alex getting a handful of donations from several NFT communities.

Now, while Alex is currently still navigating the waters of earning a steady income balanced with his love for creation, we think that it is important to note his tactful approach to his problem. During his journey, Alex documented many of his learnings and is now looking to utilize the power of NFTs to turn those trials and tribulations into a kickstart to his career as a full-time creator.ย

While more details of Alex's project are still to come, we love seeing creators taking advantage of unique opportunities to continue their push toward turning their passion into their careers. It is no easy feat making creation your full-time job, but with people like Alex shining light on new opportunities, it makes the journey a little less lonely.ย

Everyone at CreatorPad is excited to watch Alex continue his journey, and we hope that his story can bring some inspiration to you readers. Keep up the amazing work, Alex!
