Sup readers?!
Keeping today’s read short and sweet as I prep for my trip to San Francisco!
I’m pumped to meet up with my two co-founders in person to jam on CreatorPad’s development, see incredible campuses like Google & Meta, get some sightseeing in, and most importantly, avoid getting our car broken into.
If you’re in the Bay Area and want to meet up, or you know of anyone that I should link with while I’m there, reply to this email, and let’s chat! I always love meeting Cmd+Shift+Create community members! ❤️

What Are Your Aspirations?

Source: IZEA
With the rise in popularity of influencers being a feasible job, kids are no longer wanting to go to space or fight fires. They want to create content, or at the very least, command an audience. Understanding that this idea is only rising in popularity, it’s important to track what current aspirations look like to get a better grasp on the landscape and its evolution.
Today I’m breaking down the most recent report from IZEA on influencer aspirations, diving into age, outlook, and beyond. I’ll give you peeps the shorthand so we can dive right into the deets.
But first, shout out to Elizabeth Schumm from IZEA for constantly keeping me in the loop on their studies. Seriously, they’re my favorite reports, keep ‘em coming!!
Let’s get right into business. the report kicks off by laying some groundwork. Over 1,200 US-based creators, from ages 18-60 were interviewed to collect the data for this study. 52 percent being female, and 48 percent male. Time for some rapid-fire stats, buckle up.
