๐ŸŽฅ Beast Adds a Filmmaking Beast, Covering Creator Stats, Google Gets Sued, & More

MrBeast adds a new team member, we breakdown some insane creator stats, Google gets sued over YT Shorts, and More

I just moved to Colorado this past weekend and I can't figure out how to work my heat. There's also a snowstorm coming tomorrow so if you don't hear from me, it's because I can't type in mittens.

P.S. If you're a creator in the Denver area, let's connect!

This week in creator news, Dan Mace teams up with MrBeast, we review some stats for the creator space in 2023, YT beats out other podcasting platforms, Pink Sauce in WalMart, and more:

Dan Mace Joins the MrBeast Team ๐ŸŽฅ

If you're deep in the YouTube or filmmaking space, you know the work of Dan Mace. Mace is a filmmaker and YouTuber who has created some insane cinematography both for the likes of himself and other iconic YouTubers and brands.

With two Cannes Awards, Mace's film style has inspired the next generation of filmmakers and continues to push the bounds of YouTube content. In his new role with the MrBeast crew, Mace will be heading up the creative direction for all Beast Philanthropy videos going forward as the brands Chief Creative Officer.

Aiming for an improved filming and editing process, Mace joining the MrBeast team should signal to others that the Beast brand isn't just looking to make entertaining content. They're looking to build the hardest hitting team of professional story tellers to create content that excels well past an average YouTube video.

I'm thinking that Beast bringing on Mace is one domino in a long line of creating this team of rockstars. Who do you think Beast will target to bring on the team next? ๐Ÿ‘€
